Man Arrested in Online Solicitation Sting in Montgomery County

On April 22, 2025, a collaborative operation involving Constable Ryan Gable’s Office, the Houston Area Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office led to the identification of Jason Paul Guzman, 43, of Houston, Texas, for online solicitation of a minor.

On April 29, 2025, law enforcement located Guzman in the 3500 block of Discovery Creek Blvd, Spring, where he had traveled from the south side of Houston to meet the child. He was arrested and charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor, a third-degree felony. Guzman is currently being held at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail.

Constable Ryan Gable’s Office is a participant in the Houston-Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
