Man Arrested for Murder of Grandmother and Uncle in the Cypress Station Area

Antoine McGee, 27, has been arrested and charged in connection with the fatal shooting of his grandmother and uncle at their Cypress Station apartment.

Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a double homicide call at 990 Cypress Station, near FM-1960 and North Freeway, on Monday, February 17, 2025. Upon arrival, they discovered the bodies of 47-year-old Emanuel Ceazer and his 76-year-old mother, Alberta Ceazer, inside their apartment. Both victims had suffered gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene by EMS personnel.

A family member who resided at the apartment found the victims upon returning home. Neighbors reported hearing a verbal argument and commotion coming from the apartment prior to the discovery.

McGee was subsequently arrested and charged in connection with the double homicide.
