Man Arrested for Felony Criminal Mischief After Vandalizing Building on Aldine Westfield Road

On December 6, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a call regarding criminal mischief in the 21700 block of Aldine Westfield Road. Upon arrival, they detained the suspect, identified as 22-year-old Manasseh Mosley. Mr. Mosley, already out on a $100.00 bond for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and a $20,000.00 bond for Credit Card Abuse, was found to have spray-painted the building at the location.

Following further investigation, Manasseh Mosley was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on charges of Felony Criminal Mischief. His bond was subsequently set at $10,000.00 by the 488th District Court.
