Man Arrested After Firing Gun During Road Rage Incident in Spring
SPRING, TX – On Sunday, July 13, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 5300 block of Sweetwind Lane in Spring following reports of gunfire. Witnesses reported hearing approximately 10 shots during a disturbance.
The investigation determined that 24-year-old Angel Perez was involved in a road rage incident and fired multiple rounds into the air while arguing with another driver. Deputies located a Glock 45 9mm handgun and 10 spent shell casings during a search of Perez’s vehicle.
Perez was arrested and charged with Deadly Conduct. He was booked into the Harris County Jail with bond set at $100.00 out of County Court 16.
