La Marque Police Use Flock Camera to Arrest Suspect in Shots Fired Incident

On Monday, April 28, 2025, at approximately 11:40 p.m., La Marque Police Officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 1600 block of Milam Street.

Utilizing the Flock Camera system, officers were able to quickly locate a suspect vehicle matching the description provided. The vehicle was found in the 2300 block of Rosalee Street. At that location, officers apprehended 23-year-old Donte Moore, who was in possession of the involved vehicle.

Following further investigation at the scene, Donte Moore was charged with Deadly Conduct Discharge Firearm, a 3rd Degree Felony. A bond of $40,000.00 has been recommended.
