Jersey Village Woman Arrested After Road Rage Incident Involving Firearm

On October 15, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a report of an aggravated assault in the 21000 block of Brookchase Loop in Cypress, TX. The complainant stated that following a road rage incident, a female suspect pulled alongside her vehicle and pointed a firearm at her.

Deputies quickly located the suspect, identified as 44-year-old Myra Stremmel of Jersey Village. The firearm was found and recovered from her vehicle.

Stremmel was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Her bond is pending in the 185th District Court.

According to online records, Stremmel works as an office manager at the Oxner Legha Law Firm in Jersey Village.
