On August 10, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to an auto-pedestrian accident on the 21800 block of Octavia Way in Houston (near to North Spring border).

The investigation revealed the at-fault driver, 25-year-old Rosalinda Martinez, showed multiple signs of intoxication and was found in possession of cocaine inside her purse. Martinez had a child passenger in the vehicle at the time of the crash.

During the investigation, Martinez’s husband, 26-year-old Brayan Limon, arrived and interfered with deputies despite repeated orders to step away. Both Martinez and Limon were arrested and booked into Harris County Jail.

Martinez faces charges of Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger and Possession of a Controlled Substance, with bond set at $16,500 by the 178th District Court. Limon was charged with Interfering with Public Duties, with bond set at $100 by County Court 11.
