Illicit Massage Parlor Busted in Montgomery County Organized Crime Operation

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Organized Crime Division, working with federal and local law enforcement partners, has shut down an illicit massage parlor following a coordinated investigation into organized criminal activity.
On Wednesday, October 28th, at around 12:04 am, investigators with the MCSO Organized Crime Division executed two search and arrest warrants at the Shangri La Massage Parlor, located at 435 Rayford Road in Spring, TX. The operation was conducted in collaboration with the FBI Houston Field Office, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), the Houston Police Department (HPD), and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
The investigation revealed that the business was involved in providing illicit sexual services to customers in exchange for money. As a result, two individuals were arrested:
- Huamei Lin, charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, bond set at $50,000.
- Wenqin Lin, charged with Aggravated Promotion of Prostitution, bond set at $30,000.
Both suspects reside in Houston and are currently in custody. Authorities say additional arrests are expected as the investigation continues.
Officials praised the operation as a strong example of interagency cooperation to combat human trafficking, prostitution, and organized crime in Montgomery County and surrounding areas.
