Houston Police Release Surveillance Images of Persons of Interest in Fatal Shooting of 18-Year-Old

HOUSTON, Texas — Houston Police are asking for the public’s help identifying three persons of interest connected to a fatal shooting that claimed the life of an 18-year-old male in the Greater Fifth Ward.

According to the Houston Police Department, officers responded to a shooting call around 10:35 p.m. on October 16, 2025, at the Cleme Manor apartment complex, located in the 5300 block of Coke Street.

When officers arrived, they located Cameron Washington, 18, suffering from at least one gunshot wound in a courtyard area of the complex. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported Washington to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.

HPD Homicide Division investigators have since identified three males as persons of interest believed to have information relevant to the case. Police emphasized that the individuals are not suspects at this time, but detectives want to speak with them as part of the ongoing investigation.

Surveillance images of the three individuals have been released in hopes the public can assist in identifying them.
