Houston Police Investigate Death of 41-Year-Old Man with Blunt Force Trauma
Houston police are awaiting autopsy results following the discovery of a deceased man at 2408 Southmore Boulevard around 10:10 p.m. on November 22. The identity and cause of death of the 41-year-old male are currently pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
The incident unfolded when HPD patrol officers responded to a person down call at the Southmore Gardens apartment complex. Upon arrival, they discovered an unresponsive male who had sustained blunt force trauma. Houston Fire Department paramedics, present at the scene, pronounced the man deceased.
As of now, it has not been determined whether foul play was involved. The investigation remains pending, contingent on establishing the manner and cause of the man’s death.
