Houston Man Arrested on Two Felony Warrants for Aggravated Assault Following Disturbance

On December 20, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s office were dispatched to the 19400 block of Tomball Parkway in response to a disturbance. The identified suspect, 23-year-old Brandon Mulkey, was found on the scene. Subsequent investigation uncovered two open felony warrants against Mulkey for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Brandon Mulkey was subsequently arrested and taken into custody. He has been booked into the Harris County Jail to await legal proceedings related to the felony warrants. Bond considerations for Mulkey will be addressed through the 263rd District Court.
