Houston Man Arrested in Friendswood After Narcotics Search Yields Drugs, Stolen Rifle, and Cash

Austin Allen, 28, of Houston, was arrested on February 24, 2025, after the Friendswood Police Department executed a narcotics search warrant at his residence in the 9900 block of Tiltree Street.
During the search, officers discovered:
- A stolen AR-15 rifle
- 294 grams of cocaine
- 495 grams of Adderall
- 120.8 grams of Xanax
- 258.8 grams of mushrooms
- 5.06 pounds of marijuana
- 8.3 grams of Vyvanse
- 3,605.9 grams of THC (vape cartridges)
- Approximately $40,000 in cash
The Harris County District Attorney’s Office accepted the following charges against Allen:
- Felony Possession of Marijuana
- Felony Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1
- Felony Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2
“The Friendswood Police Department will continue in the relentless pursuit of keeping narcotics out of our city,” said Chief Rogers. “We are proud of the officers and investigators who work diligently to make this investigation a success and keep these drugs off the streets.”
