Houston Man Arrested for Third DWI After Traffic Stop in Humble

On December 19, 2023, in Humble, a deputy from Constable Mark Herman’s Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle located in the 18300 block of West Lake Houston Avenue. The driver, identified as 46-year-old Jessie Brandon of Houston, exhibited signs of intoxication during the stop.

Upon further investigation, Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were conducted, leading to the determination that Jessie Brandon was intoxicated. Subsequently, Brandon was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. He faces charges related to his third offense of Driving While Intoxicated.
