Houston Man Accused of Forcing Women Into Prostitution Arrested in Round Rock

ROUND ROCK, TX – A Houston man is facing a first-degree felony after Round Rock police arrested him on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, on a charge of compelling prostitution.
Officers took 39-year-old Brandon Williams into custody after a caller reported possible human trafficking at a home in southeast Round Rock. The caller told police that a female relative was being held against her will, forced into commercial sex, and that the residence appeared to be used as a short-term rental to disguise the activity.
When officers arrived, they found three adults inside the home: Williams and two women in their twenties, all of whom had recently traveled from Houston. According to police, one of the women immediately told officers that Williams had brought them to Round Rock for the purpose of prostitution and had been controlling their movements, preventing them from leaving the property. Officers also located a handgun in Williams’ possession.
Investigators say the situation appears to be an isolated incident rather than part of a larger trafficking operation. Both women were removed from the environment, provided support, and connected with victim services and other available resources.
Under Texas law, compelling prostitution is one of the most serious offenses related to human trafficking. The statute applies when a person uses force, threats, coercion, or fraud to cause another person to engage in prostitution. Because the charge is classified as a first-degree felony, Williams faces a potential sentence of five to ninety-nine years in prison if convicted.
