Harris County Woman Arrested for DWI, Blows Twice Legal Limit in Routine Traffic Stop

On December 19, 2023, a Corporal with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a routine traffic stop on a vehicle in the 20400 block of State Highway 249. The driver, identified as 42-year-old Jennifer Lynn Livas, exhibited multiple signs of intoxication.

Following the stop, standardized field sobriety tests were administered, leading to the determination that Livas was indeed intoxicated. A breath specimen provided by Livas showed results of 0.188 and 0.198, both exceeding the legal limit.

As a result, Jennifer Livas was arrested and subsequently booked into the Harris County Jail. She is now facing charges of Driving While Intoxicated, with her bond set at $100.00 by the 263rd District Court.
