Harris County Sheriff Needs Help Identifying Sexual Assault Suspect
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) is asking for the public’s assistance with identifying an unknown man suspected of sexual assault.
On Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at approximately 5:00 p.m., the Hedwig Village Police Department was dispatched to the 9100 block of Katy Freeway regarding a sexual assault.
A woman said an unknown man held her at knifepoint and sexually assaulted her. She said the suspect entered the business and demanded money. The suspect held the woman by knifepoint and escorted her to an adjoining room, and sexually assaulted her.

In a similar case, on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at approximately 1:10 a.m., the Harris County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the 6700 block of Sommerall Drive regarding a sexual assault.
The suspect entered the victim’s apartment through a window and held her at knifepoint. After sexually assaulting her, he fled. Both the Hedwig Village and HCSO cases are currently under investigation. We believe this suspect to be a serial offender and there are more victims that have not reported their assaults.
