Four Arrested in Ulta Beauty Theft After Multi-Agency Pursuit in League City

League City, TX – The League City Police Department’s Business District Unit (BDU), with support from LCPD’s Traffic Division, Patrol Officers, and the Webster Police Department, arrested four suspects connected to a large-scale retail theft.

Tyrese Miller (26), Jimmy Prince (25), Nihco Spears (24), and Autrise Johnson (34), all of Houston, were taken into custody and charged with Organized Retail Theft ($2,500–$30,000). Johnson’s bond was set at $50,000, while Miller, Prince, and Spears each received $150,000 bonds.

On Tuesday, October 7, 2025, BDU Officers Stillman and Nguyen responded to a theft in progress at Ulta Beauty in League City. As the suspects fled, BDU Sgt. King relayed real-time vehicle information through the department’s Flock camera system. Officer Paige, from the Traffic Division, located the suspect vehicle traveling northbound and conducted a traffic stop in Webster.

When the vehicle stopped, three male suspects exited and fled on foot while the female driver remained and was detained. Patrol officers, K9 Officer Jones and K9 Donna, and Webster Police quickly established a perimeter. All three fleeing suspects were apprehended without incident.

Officers recovered more than $20,000 in stolen merchandise from the Ulta Beauty store, which has since been returned to the business. Investigators also discovered several pairs of designer sunglasses inside the suspect vehicle believed to have been stolen from the Sunglass Hut in Rice Village.

The Business District Unit filed additional Evading on Foot charges through Harris County against the three male suspects.

The League City Police Department commends all units involved—including the Webster Police Department—for their teamwork and quick response, which led to the safe capture of all suspects and recovery of the stolen property.
