Five Unclaimed Truck Tailgates Still Held at Harris County Precinct 4 Substation

Deputies with Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office are still holding five unclaimed truck tailgates at the Precinct 4 Station 6 Substation in the Fairfield area.
Anyone who believes one of the tailgates belongs to them is asked to contact Precinct 4 Dispatch at 281-376-3472. Ownership will be verified, and the tailgate will only be released if the owner’s key fits the tailgate.
The unclaimed tailgates are described as follows:
Tailgate #1:
A dark gray Dodge 4×4 tailgate missing the “X” in the 4×4 logo with a spray-on bed liner.
Tailgate #2:
A black Ford Super Duty tailgate missing the Ford logo and equipped with a plastic bed liner.
Tailgate #3:
A white Toyota Tacoma V6 tailgate with a plastic bed liner.
Tailgate #4:
A black Dodge Ram 4×4 Big Horn Edition tailgate with a spray-on bed liner.
Tailgate #5:
A black Ford Super Duty King Ranch Edition tailgate with a plastic bed liner. It was originally white and later painted black, with the logos reapplied.
Deputies encourage anyone who recognizes one of the tailgates or believes it may belong to them to contact Precinct 4 Dispatch as soon as possible.
