Fight at Bombshells Restaurant & Bar Leads to Four Arrests
Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to an incident at Bombshells Restaurant & Bar on Tomball Parkway yesterday. The altercation involved four male suspects.
Upon arrival, two suspects attempted to flee on foot but the deputies were able to catch-up quickly and take them into custody. They were identified as 27-year-old Miguel Banda and 23-year-old Nygil Jones. The other two suspects, 53-year-old Leroy Martinez and 34-year-old Adam Wensil, were also detained.
Investigation findings indicated that Leroy Martinez and Adam Wensil assaulted Miguel Banda. In response, Miguel Banda drew a handgun and pointed it into the air.
All four individuals were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Charges include Carrying a Weapon Where Prohibited and Evading Arrest for Miguel Banda, Evading Arrest for Nygil Jones, Aggravated Assault for Leroy Martinez, and Assault for Adam Wensil. As of now, bond amounts and court information for the suspects have not been determined.
