Fatal Shooting Erupts at Houston Nightclub on Christmas Eve

Tragedy struck on Christmas Eve when a shootout at Nawlins After Dark, a nightclub in southeast Houston, resulted in one person killed and several others injured.

The incident occurred around 3 a.m. at the establishment located just off the Gulf Freeway and Monroe. According to investigators from the Houston Police Department, the gunfire is believed to have stemmed from a fight, though it remains unclear whether the altercation took place inside or outside the club.

As shots rang out, one individual was struck and managed to run a short distance before collapsing. Despite efforts, the victim succumbed to their injuries. The identity of the deceased has not been disclosed at this time.

Witnesses on the scene reported the incident to law enforcement, providing crucial information. Authorities are now on the lookout for the suspects who fled the scene in a 2015 blue Toyota Tundra with the license plate number JLX0756.
