Drunk Woman Arrested at Pomodoro’s Italian Restaurant After Disturbance

On Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at approximately 7:44 p.m., Harris County Precinct 8 Constable’s Office responded to a welfare check at Pomodoro’s Italian Restaurant, located in the 1000 block of Pineloch Blvd, after reports of a highly intoxicated woman causing a disturbance.

Witnesses stated the woman had disrupted the restaurant before leaving on foot, later walking in the roadway and returning to the restaurant. Deputy O. Cartlidge arrived on the scene and identified the woman as Stephanie Gauthreaux, 43, of Friendswood, Texas, after she repeatedly refused to provide her real name and gave false information.

A Mobile AFIS (Automated Fingerprint Identification System) scan confirmed Gauthreaux’s identity, revealing multiple active warrants from Harris County, Collin County, and the Friendswood Police Department. Restaurant management also reported she had failed to pay her tab and requested she be issued a Criminal Trespass Warning.

The Harris County District Attorney’s Office accepted charges for Failure to Identify – Fugitive from Justice, and Gauthreaux was taken into custody without further incident. She was transported to the Harris County Joint Processing Center.
