Disturbance in Humble Leads to Arrest for Assaulting a Constable Deputy

On December 15, 2023, deputies from Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance in the 7000 block of Fox Valley Drive in Humble. Upon arrival, the male involved in the disturbance attempted to escape on foot. Following a brief foot pursuit, the individual was apprehended and later identified as 32-year-old Kevin Robicheaux.

During the attempt to detain him, Robicheaux resisted arrest and assaulted a Constable Deputy.

Subsequently, Robicheaux was taken into custody and booked into the Harris County Jail. He faces charges of Assault on a Peace Officer, and his bond has been set at $50,000.00 by the 182nd District Court.
