Deputies Investigating Coordinated Theft at Cypress Circle K; Suspects Sought

CYPRESS, Texas – On July 22, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a theft call at the Circle K Convenience Store located at 17500 Telge Road.

Investigators determined that two Black male suspects entered the store and carried out a coordinated theft. One suspect distracted the clerk while the other slipped behind the counter and stole a container holding more than $2,000 worth of cigarettes and cash.

Both suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction.
