Deputies Apprehend Suspect in Spring, Texas Restaurant Disturbance; Female Victim Hospitalized

On January 13, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to an active disturbance at a restaurant located in the 7300 block of Spring Cypress Road in Spring, Texas. The incident involved a male and two females.

Upon their arrival, the male suspect, identified as 28-year-old Christopher Cousan, fled on foot and knocked down a female in the parking lot. Deputies pursued and quickly apprehended Cousan.

The female victim, who suffered a laceration to the back of her head, was transported to a local hospital for medical attention.

Christopher Cousan was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. He faces charges of Evading Arrest, and his bond was set at $100.00 out of County
