Dangerous Man Arrested in Harris County for Retaliation, Held on Out-of-County Warrant

On July 5, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance call that led to the arrest of 38-year-old Johnathan Washburn. Deputies identified Washburn at the scene and discovered he had an active out-of-county warrant.
During the investigation, Washburn allegedly made threats to cause bodily harm to the complainant once released from jail.
According to officials, “Johnathan Washburn was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Retaliation and held on an Out-of-County Warrant. His bond was set at $15,000.00 out of the 174th District Court.”
The case remains under review.
