Convicted Felon Arrested for Pointing Pistol During Disturbance

Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office were dispatched to the 7600 block of Foxwaithe Lane on February 25, 2024, following reports of a disturbance. Upon arrival, law enforcement officers detained the individual involved, identified as 59-year-old Milo Donald Harris, a previously convicted felon.

Subsequent investigation revealed that Harris had allegedly pointed a pistol at the complainant and discharged it, with the bullets landing near the complainant’s feet.

Harris was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. His bond was set at $75,000.00 for the Aggravated Assault and he is awaiting bond out of the 338th District Court for Felon in Possession of a Firearm
