Collision Involving Magnolia Fire Truck Hospitalizes Crew and SUV Driver

An accident involving Magnolia Fire Department’s Engine 187 occurred today at around 2:25 P.M. as the engine was returning to the station. The incident took place on FM 1774 at the intersection of FM 149 in Pinehurst, Texas, when Engine 187 collided with a small SUV.

The engine had four firefighters onboard, all of whom were transported to HCA Hospital in Tomball. Fortunately, they are reported to be in stable condition. The sole occupant of the SUV was also taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Currently, all firefighters are in good spirits and undergoing evaluation by hospital staff. The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the accident, and the scene remains active with traffic being diverted in the area.
