Brazoria County Man Arrested on Child Pornography Charges After ICAC Investigation

Adrian Lee Martinez, 28, of Clute, has been arrested on multiple child pornography charges following a four-month investigation by the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office and the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.

The investigation began in October 2024 after the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Unit received a tip through the ICAC Task Force.

On Thursday, February 20, 2025, a search warrant was executed at Martinez’s residence in the 200 block of Maddox Street in Clute. He was taken into custody and charged with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography (first-degree felonies) and one count of Possession of Child Pornography (third-degree felony).

Martinez is currently being held at the Brazoria County Jail with bonds totaling $225,000.

The Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office expressed gratitude to partner agencies in the Houston Metro ICAC Task Force, including the Pearland Police Department, Texas Department of Public Safety, Jones Creek Marshal’s Office, and the Department of Homeland Security.
