Woman Arrested After Racial Slurs and Assault at Spring Taco Bell Drive-Thru

31-year-old Shaneah Thompson has been arrested after a disturbance at a Taco Bell drive-thru in Spring, TX, on Thursday, February 20, 2025.

Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a call at the Taco Bell located at 19400 North Fwy regarding a disturbance. According to reports, Thompson was honking her horn excessively and then confronted the driver in front of her.

Thompson allegedly used racial slurs and struck the victim twice in the chest with a closed fist. She also reportedly struck the victim’s vehicle, damaging the left quarter panel. When the victim attempted to call 911, Thompson allegedly took her phone away.

Deputies located Thompson, who was found to have open warrants out of Southside Police Department. She was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Assault and Interfering with 911. Criminal Mischief charges are pending review of video evidence. Bond and court information have not been set.
