Houston Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Persons of Interest in East Houston Fatal Shooting

Houston police are requesting assistance from the public in locating two persons of interest wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting of Johnny Felder, 34, who was found deceased on November 23, 2024, at approximately 7:30 p.m. near 7800 Tidwell Road in East Houston.

Officers from the Houston Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at the location and discovered Felder lying unresponsive between the street and the curb. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics from the Houston Fire Department pronounced him dead at the scene.

At the time of the incident, there were no known witnesses or suspects. However, further investigation has led detectives to identify two persons of interest captured in surveillance photos. While they are not charged in the case, homicide detectives believe they may possess critical information about the incident.
