Houston Police Releases Surveillance Footage in 2023 Fatal Shooting Case

Houston Police Department has released surveillance footage seeking information on individuals connected to the fatal shooting of Matthew Francis, 22, on February 13, 2023.

The incident occurred at 12600 Dunlap Street around 1:20 p.m. Francis was found with multiple gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene by Houston Fire Department paramedics.
