Armed Robbery at Kings Food Mart in Texas City: Police Seek Public Assistance
On December 20, 2023, at around 6:05 am, an armed robbery took place at Kings Food Mart located at 601 Texas Ave in Texas City. The suspect, a masked male, brandished a handgun during the incident. The perpetrator was also observed wearing a mask and gloves.
Notably, the suspect’s clothing appeared to be inside out, and he was wearing two distinct Adidas “Gazelle” tennis shoes – one white and one gold. The Galveston Police Department has released photographs of the suspect’s shoes, clothing, and the firearm used in the robbery.
