Houston Police Searching for Two Persons of Interest in Fatal Shooting At 5901 Selinsky Road
Houston police are asking for the public’s help in locating two persons of interest wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting of a man at 5901 Selinsky Road about 4:25 a.m. last Thursday (May 18).
The female person of interest is identified as Quitiana Taylor, 21. She is about 5 feet, 2 inches tall, has a brown complexion and red-colored hair.
The male person of interest, known as BAM, is believed to be between 22 – 26 years of age and about 5 feet 7 inches – 5 feet 9 inches tall.

The victim is identified as Otis Parker Jr., 35.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives W. Huff and J. Nguyen reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call in an apartment complex parking lot at the above address. They found the victim unresponsive in the driver’s seat of a vehicle, which appeared to have been involved in a crash. Houston Fire Department paramedics declared the victim, later identified as Mr. Parker, Jr., deceased from a gunshot wound.
Further investigation identified Taylor and the male only known as BAM as persons of interest. It is believe robbery may have been the motive of the shooting.
