Fatal Shooting Victim Dropped Off at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital, Suspect Left the Scene

The Houston Police Department is actively investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in the early hours of last Friday, December 22, at 7600 Beechnut Street.

The victim, a male believed to be in his 20s, was found with multiple gunshot wounds. The identity is awaiting verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

The investigation was initiated when HPD patrol officers responded to the delivery of the shooting victim at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital, where medical staff pronounced him deceased.
