Woman Arrested After Weapons Disturbance in Northwest Harris County

HOUSTON, Texas – A Harris County woman was arrested after deputies responded to a reported weapons disturbance and discovered she was wanted on two outstanding felony warrants.
According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded on May 28 to the 18300 block of Tomball Parkway regarding a weapons-related incident.
When deputies arrived, they located the suspect, identified as 40-year-old Sabrina Nicole Francis. Authorities said Francis initially concealed herself inside a building and refused to exit or comply with commands from deputies.
After she was detained, investigators determined Francis had allegedly assaulted several individuals with a weapon, unlawfully taken possession of a motor vehicle, committed criminal mischief, and criminal trespass.
During the investigation, deputies also learned Francis had two active warrants issued through the Harris County Sheriff’s Office for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Aggravated Assault.
Francis was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on the new charges as well as the outstanding warrants.
Authorities said bond was denied.
The investigation remains ongoing.
