Two Arrested After Drug Bust At Midland Vape Shop

MIDLAND, Texas – Two individuals have been arrested following a drug investigation at a vape shop in Midland.

On March 11, 2026, members of the Texas Anti-Gang Center Permian Basin, working alongside an agent from the Texas Comptroller’s Office, executed a search warrant at Mr. Puff Smoke and Vape Shop located at 4324 Andrews Highway.

Investigators said the business was unlawfully selling marijuana and THC-related products.

During the search, authorities seized THC vape cartridges, marijuana pre-rolls, THC wax, and a large quantity of suspected marijuana.

Following the investigation, 29-year-old Kristy Reyes and 22-year-old Reyna Angel Rodriguez were arrested and charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.

Both were booked into the Midland County Central Detention Center.

The Texas Anti-Gang Center Permian Basin includes personnel from multiple agencies, including the Midland County Sheriff’s Office, Ector County Sheriff’s Office, Midland Police Department, Texas Department of Public Safety, Midland County District Attorney’s Office, FBI, Homeland Security Investigations, and the DEA.
