Two Women Arrested After Nearly $2,000 Retail Theft at Spring CVS

SPRING, Texas- On January 29, 2026, deputies with Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a theft call at the CVS located at 3850 FM 2920 Road in Spring, Texas.

Deputies determined that two female suspects had stolen $1,971.11 worth of merchandise and exited the store after passing all points of sale without paying. A constable sergeant canvassed the surrounding area and located the suspects’ vehicle at the H-E-B grocery store at 2121 FM 2920 Road.

The suspects were identified as 31-year-old Chansaique Collins and 21-year-old Sharda Ware. Investigators obtained a search warrant, and the stolen merchandise was recovered from the vehicle.

Both suspects were arrested and transported to the Harris County Jail. Collins was charged with Felony Theft with Previous Convictions, with bond set at $20,000 out of the 180th District Court. Ware was charged with Theft, with bond set at $100 out of County Court 8.
