Montgomery County Man Arrested for Indecent Assault at Hair Salon

Conroe, Texas – A Montgomery County man faces a misdemeanor charge of indecent assault following allegations that he twice groped a woman without her consent at a local hair salon earlier this month.
According to authorities, the incidents occurred on the evening of January 16, 2026, when patrol deputies from Constable Ryan Gable’s Precinct 3 Office responded to a report of an assault that had taken place at the salon.
The victim told investigators that Justin Cody Killingsworth, a known individual, grabbed her breast without consent during the initial encounter. Shortly afterward, while she was assisting a client inside the salon, the suspect allegedly repeated the act by grabbing her breast again.
Deputies’ investigation uncovered evidence of a prior similar incident involving the same suspect and victim. All gathered facts and evidence were presented to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, which accepted a charge of Class A Misdemeanor Indecent Assault and issued an arrest warrant.
On January 21, 2026, Killingsworth was located and taken into custody in Conroe by members of Constable Gable’s Criminal Interdiction Unit and patrol deputies. He was transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail, where he remains incarcerated pending further proceedings.
Constable Ryan Gable’s Office is urging any additional potential victims to come forward. Anyone with information is asked to contact investigators at 281-364-4211 and reference report number 26E002576.
