Crash Investigation Leads to Arrest of Felony Suspect in Spring, TX
On November 25, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a motor vehicle crash on the 8000 block of FM 2920 in Spring, Texas.
During the investigation, deputies identified one of the drivers as 29-year-old Akinyiwola Fashola. A records check revealed that Fashola had five active warrants, including:
- Felony Warrant – Assault on a Pregnant Person
- Felony Warrant – Assault Impeding Breath
- Three Class C Warrants
Fashola was taken into custody safely at the scene and booked into the Harris County Jail. His bond was set at $100,000 through the 262nd District Court.
