Three Arrested in Organized Retail Theft and Robbery at Bath & Body Works in New Caney

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) arrested three people following a robbery and organized retail theft at a Bath & Body Works store in New Caney on Friday, October 17, 2025.
Around 10:45 a.m., deputies were dispatched to the store, located at 21559 Market Place Boulevard, after reports of a robbery in progress. Investigators determined that two suspects entered the store, concealed merchandise, and attempted to flee. As they exited, they allegedly assaulted a customer and stole her cell phone.
A witness immediately called 911 and provided deputies with detailed descriptions of the suspects and their vehicle. While responding to the call, MCSO deputies located the vehicle traveling eastbound on the Highway 99 feeder road and conducted a traffic stop, detaining all three occupants.
The suspects were identified as Julian Broussard, 24, and Aerial Warren, 27, who were both charged with robbery. A third suspect, Marlon Adeyemi, 27, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. All three are residents of Houston, Texas.
Deputies recovered the stolen cell phone and approximately $1,300 worth of merchandise, which were returned to the store and the victim.
