Deputies Arrest Hit-and-Run Suspect at H-E-B in South Houston

On September 29, 2025, Harris County Precinct Two deputies responded to a hit-and-run crash at the H-E-B located in the 9800 block of Blackhawk Blvd in the South Belt/Ellington area.
The complainant reported that while shopping inside, his parked Chevrolet Tahoe was struck by a black BMW sedan. Witnesses saw the BMW reverse out of a parking space, hit the Tahoe, and then speed away from the lot.
Store loss prevention provided deputies with video surveillance showing the crash and the suspect fleeing the scene. A store employee also photographed the suspect as he exited the store.
Deputies later contacted the suspect, identified as Phandhat Eua-Nadit, at the registered owner’s residence. A black BMW matching the vehicle description and license plate was also located at the residence. Eua-Nadit admitted to striking the vehicle and leaving the scene.
He was taken into custody and charged with Failure to Stop and Give Information (FSGI) over $200.
