Georgetown, TX – This Friday, October 31, 2025, marks the anniversary of a tragic unsolved case, and the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office continues to actively investigate the death of Debra Louise Jackson.
On October 31, 1979, a civilian discovered the body of an unidentified woman in a concrete drainage ditch along the southbound side of Interstate 35 near FM 972 in Georgetown. The victim was found nude except for a pair of orange socks.
