18-year-old Suspect Arrested for Exposing Himself to Children at Atascocita Bus Stop

ATASCOCITA, Texas – A man accused of exposing himself to children at a school bus stop in northeast Harris County has been arrested following an investigation by deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office.

According to investigators, on December 17, 2025, deputies responded to multiple calls in the 17300 block of Cricket Mill Drive in Atascocita after reports that an unknown man had allegedly exposed his genitals to juveniles waiting for a school bus. Deputies immediately began an investigation, gathering witness statements and reviewing available video evidence.

Through that investigation, authorities identified the suspect as 18-year-old Nicolas Guillory. Further review revealed Guillory was allegedly involved in similar incidents on multiple prior occasions.

On January 26, 2026, deputies executed an arrest warrant in the 4200 block of Forest Rain Lane, where Guillory was taken into custody without incident.

Guillory was booked into the Harris County Jail and charged with Indecency with a Child. His bond had not been set as of the latest update. The case will be handled in the 338th District Court.
