$1,000 Reward Offered for Information on Child Pornography Fugitive in Winkler County

The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) and the Kermit Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Israel Arreola Diaz, 35, a fugitive wanted in Winkler County for possession or promotion of child pornography.  

The Kermit Police Department is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to his arrest. All tips will remain anonymous.  

Israel Arreola Diaz is described as:

• 5 feet 8 inches tall.
• Approximately 185 pounds.
• Tattoos of child footprints and names on his left and right chest.  

To be eligible for the cash reward, tipsters must provide information to authorities through one of the following methods:

• Call the Kermit Police Department at (432) 586-2577.
• Call the Texas Department of Public Safety at (432) 498-2130.

Authorities warn that Diaz is considered armed and dangerous and advise the public not to attempt to apprehend him.
