Round Rock School Administrator Arrested for Indecency with a Child

A Round Rock school administrator has been arrested following allegations of inappropriate contact with a student on school property last month.

Aaron Freeman, 49, the assistant principal of operations at IDEA Public Schools in Round Rock, has been charged with Indecency with a Child by Contact, a second-degree felony.

The Round Rock Police Department launched an investigation after the student reported the incident. Detectives gathered evidence and obtained an arrest warrant from the Travis County District Attorney’s Office. Freeman was located by the U.S. Marshals and taken into custody.

He is currently being held at the Williamson County Jail.
