Houston Police Seek White SUV in Hit-and-Run Incident

Houston police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a white SUV involved in a hit-and-run incident on February 18, 2025, at approximately 6:30 p.m. The incident occurred in the 3800 block of North Braeswood Boulevard, near Brays Bayou.
The victim, 70-year-old Pamela Pepperell, was crossing the street when she was struck by the white SUV traveling westbound on North Braeswood Boulevard. The driver did not stop to provide assistance and fled the scene. Ms. Pepperell was transported to an area hospital in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
Investigators are seeking information about the suspect vehicle, described only as a white SUV.
