Man Arrested for Burglary After Returning to Scene of Crime at Tomball Store

A man was arrested after returning to the scene of a burglary at the Boudreaux Express Mart in the 11400 block of Boudreaux Road in Tomball, TX.

On January 30, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the store and identified the suspect as 20-year-old Eswin Hernandez-Perez. Surveillance footage from closed business hours showed Hernandez-Perez breaking the front glass doors to enter the store and steal merchandise.

Hernandez-Perez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary of a Building. His bond was set at $5,000 out of the 495th District Court.
