Altercation in West Houston Ends in Fatal Shooting, Suspects Flee in White Dodge Ram

Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 4426 Willow Beach Drive in West Houston at approximately 6:45 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2024.

Officers arrived to find the victim lying next to his vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Medical assistance was provided at the scene, but the man was pronounced deceased by Houston Fire Department paramedics.

Witnesses reported that a white, four-door Dodge Ram pickup truck was parked at the location with two individuals inside and two males standing outside. The victim arrived and interacted with the group before a physical altercation occurred, during which he was shot. The victim attempted to flee in his black Toyota Camry, driving southbound on Willow Beach, but crashed into a residence.

The suspects fled the scene in the white Dodge Ram pickup in an unknown direction.

A surveillance photo of the wanted vehicle has been released.
