El Paso Police Seek Public’s Help to Find Missing 71-Year-Old Man

The El Paso Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 71-year-old Armando Contreras. Mr. Contreras, who frequents the Downtown area and Fox Plaza, was last seen in the 100 block of Cargill on November 4, 2024. He is described as approximately 5’11” tall, weighing around 180 lbs.

Contreras has not been seen by his family since the beginning of the month. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact police communications at 915-832-4400 or dial 911.
