Four Suspects Arrested After Robbery and Assault at Spring Liquor Store
On September 5, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a robbery at the Spring Liquor Store located in the 26800 block of Cypresswood Drive in Spring, TX. Upon arrival, the victims reported that two female suspects entered the store and attempted to steal alcoholic beverages.
The store owners locked the doors electronically to prevent the suspects from leaving. The owners told the suspects to leave the alcohol behind, and they would unlock the door. When the female owner approached one of the suspects, she was attacked. The owner’s husband intervened to assist his wife, at which point the second suspect attacked him. The suspects then fled the scene in a vehicle with two other individuals inside.
A short time later, deputies received a disturbance call in the 2600 block of Park Spring involving three of the four suspects. The suspects were identified as 19-year-old Ahmya Sparrow, 20-year-old Jayden Stokes, and 21-year-old Chenille Glass-Johnson. Shortly after, 17-year-old Ariana Millhouse’s mother called authorities, claiming her daughter was assaulted by the liquor store owners for no reason. Millhouse was identified as fourth suspect in the robbery.
Jayden Stokes was discovered to be out on a $100 bond for Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon.
Ahmya Sparrow, Jayden Stokes, Chenille Johnson, and Ariana Millhouse were arrested and charged with Robbery. Their bond and court information have not been set at this time.
